Sweet and delicious fried sweet potato pancakes


500g sweet potato

80g glutinous rice flour

40g sugar

40g of fresh milk

Cooking oil


Step 1

Cut the potatoes into pieces, steam them, cook them in a bowl, add glutinous rice flour and sugar.

Step 2

Add the milk slowly, then mash the potatoes with your hands and knead them into a homogeneous dough.

Step 3

Potato balls into small balls.

Step 4

Heat the cooking oil in a saucepan, add the fries into the pan until they are golden and float to the top and take out the plate.

Each beautiful yellow small potato cake looks quite nice. When you eat the crispy, sweet, crispy cake, it is quite fun to eat. This cake is great for a weekend sip!
